Very convenient to everything

The Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Estes Park, Colorado is located within walking distance of various activities and numerous restaurants. Large shopping areas are a short drive away, as are museums and the Visitors Center, which has buses to parks and activities.

Reasonably priced

In an area of very high prices, this Inn is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. For those travelers on a budget, the hotel has all the basic facilities with few frills.

Beautiful views of the mountains

There are beautiful vistas of the peaks because of the location of the hotel. Rooms with a balcony afford the best views of the Rocky Mountains.

Negative Reviews

Power-point deficiencies

Outlets in some of the rooms won't accept a three-prong plug, according to some guests. Additionally it has been mentioned that some of the outlets are loose or don't work, and there are few outlets in the rooms.

Small, dated rooms and bathrooms

There is very little counter space in the bathrooms and no place to leave personal items, according to guest reviews. Some of the rooms are quite small with little room to move around the bed or access the air conditioner. Even the breakfast area off the lobby is reportedly quite small, with minimal room for guests to sit and enjoy the meal.

Maintenance is neglected

There are several areas that lack long-term maintenance and/or attention, according to guest reviews. Some air conditioners are inadequate/not working or are loud. Outlets are sometimes loose and electrical appliances occasionally don't work. Some guests say that the rooms are not updated and outside areas are in need of paint or repair.
