Positive Reviews

Natural Beauty Inside and Out

Guests loved the novelty of staying in a treehouse. The especially loved how it seemed to fit into the natural landscape around them. The interior of the rooms were as nicely kept and as beautiful as the scenery outside, too. Most guests are planning their repeat visit.

Amazing Hosts

All of the guests remarked on the site’s hosts, who were warm and knowledgeable about the area. They were personable and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure that their guests had everything that they needed to make their stay comfortable and memorable.

Close to Many Activities

Guests loved that they were far enough off of the beaten track to have some privacy, but close enough to Eureka Springs to enjoy the offerings of the city. They all remarked about being able to just walk into town, or ride a bike.

Negative Reviews

No Bubbles for You

Several guests remarked that their Jacuzzi wasn’t working, and when they were working they were very small so that only one person could really fit into it. Most remarked that the Jacuzzi was a real letdown.

No Treat for Your Back

Several guests reported that the mattresses were uncomfortable. Those who have back problems may find sleeping on these mattresses as bit challenging. Many guests, upon having difficulties with the mattresses, found themselves sleeping on the couch instead.

Temperature Control is an Issue

Many guests reported that while the beautiful windows in the guest cottages were wonderful, they didn’t think about how the morning sunlight would affect them. Not only did it shine right into their faces in the morning, but it also tended to heat up the room during the day, even with the AC running. Using the fans help, most stated.
