Positive Reviews

Beautiful property close enough to town

Guests enjoyed sitting out on the deck or in the garden and seeing the beautiful landscape of the Eureka Springs area. The neighbourhood is quiet and quaint. They liked that Downtown Eureka is only a short distance away, offering boutiques, bars and restaurants. Many attractions in the area can be reached in under ten miles.

Comfortable and cosy rooms

Guests loved the unique design of the rooms which is romantic and inspired by the historic building. They described the beds as cosy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional. Guests especially enjoyed the rooms that have hot tubs in them to soak after being out and about all day.

Great customer service by owner

Guests were very impressed by the personal service and care the owner of this Bed and Breakfast showed. From getting welcomed upon arriving with the historical background of the location to getting recommendations of attractions and restaurants, the owner was very approachable and helpful. He also serves the breakfast in the morning at a time that you specify.

Negative Reviews

Air conditioning might be a little loud

Some guests felt the air conditioning was making some irritating noise.  A pair of earplugs should remedy this problem for you.

Walking involves going up hills

Many guests simply walked to Downtown Eureka, but on their way back had to navigate some steep hills to get back to the Bed and Breakfast. You might want to take your car instead and pay for parking downtown to avoid this issue.
