Positive Reviews

Rooms with a balcony overlook Falmouth Bay.

Two of the rooms here have their very own private balconies, with chairs to sit back and soak up the amazing view over Falmouth Bay. In some of the other rooms you can enjoy a view of the sea from the window.

The cleanliness of this place is second to none.

You simply cannot fault this bed and breakfast on the standard of its cleanliness. Everything is spick and span, from the communal areas to each of the rooms, and the owners run a very tight ship.

Great location between the beach and the town.

It’s a short five minute walk down to Gyllyngvase Beach, and when you head off in the opposite direction you can reach the shops and restaurants of Falmouth town centre in just ten minutes by foot.

Negative Reviews

Short time slot for breakfast.

The strict breakfast time slot ends at 9am prompt each morning, even on the weekends, so if you enjoy a lie in and leisurely morning meal then you will be disappointed here.

Very little space for parking outside.

There are a few car parking spaces outside of the property, but nowhere near enough to cover all of the rooms here. You may find yourself having to park on the street if the cramped car park is already full when you arrive.

Some of the rooms are really small.

All the rooms are different here, so it is a bit of a lucky dip. The attic has been converted into a room with low sloping walls, and this one in particular is a bit too small for comfort.
