Two independent apartments, consisting of a large one bed-room with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, are available. They are located on the ground floor of the Masseria and keep the characteristic features of the local rural architecture.
Hot sanitary water and heating production is environmental friend through a solar panel plant and a biomass boiler for an intelligent use of the natural resources.
