Staff Pays Attention to Every Little Detail

Check-in at Adler Cavalieri is flawless. Guests are greeted by friendly staff who immediately show interest. Guests have reported that staff helped them carry their luggage to their room, provided directions to local attractions, offered suggestions on what to see and do, offered umbrellas to guests venturing outside on rainy days and provided free upgrades.

Excellent Buffet Breakfast

The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty, healthy, well-prepared items including authentic Italian favorites. Hot and cold items are available and include a variety of cereals, yogurts and breads.

Well-appointed and Clean Guest Rooms

The spacious guest rooms are elegantly-decorated with antique furnishings and wood paneling. Guests have reported that the rooms are cleaned frequently, the bathrooms are large and luxurious, the walls are soundproof and the beds are comfortable.

Tired and Unkempt Guest Rooms

Guest rooms at Adler Cavalieri are small, old and disheveled. Guests have reported that the rooms are dark and are either too hot or too cold and there is a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke Also reported was a lack of basic amenities, stained carpet, tattered bedding, uncomfortable beds and Wi-Fi that hardly works.

Located in a Seedy Area Far from City Centre

The hotel is a little hard to find and it is located in a dark, seedy area far from many of the attractions. Guests have reported that it took longer than they were told to walk into the city centre and some said they didn't feel safe walking in the area at night.

Unhelpful Staff who Can't be Bothered

Staff members do not seem interested in helping guests become acquainted with the hotel and the area. They just provide a map and send you on your way. Guests have also reported that staff members seem bothered when asked for anything and they get defensive when complaints are made.
