Positive Reviews

Friendly, accommodating staff..

The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly and professional customer service. Many guests are pleased to report their "above and beyond" gestures for happy occasions like anniversaries as well as more difficult situations. The housekeeping department also gets high marks for "spotlessly" clean rooms.

Room for the whole family..

Many guests "feel right at home" in the quiet, roomy suites, which feature comfortable furniture and well equipped, functional kitchens. Young families particularly love the space and flexibility offered by the one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Four-legged guests are also welcome and comfortable, noting the nicely maintained grounds are a pleasant place to walk after a long trip.

Great value for money..

Guests often remark that the hotel offers very good value for money, Many are pleased with the "free" amenities which include plenty of parking, reliable Wi-Fi, a hearty breakfast, and a generous evening reception with local brewery beers on tap. The Sport Court, pool, and fitness center, which offers modern, well-maintained Precor equipment, are the icing on the cake.

Negative Reviews

Getting old fast..

Though many guests describe the rooms as comfortable and clean, some go on to note that the property is older and that the worn, dated decor is ready for retirement.

Please step lightly..

A few light sleepers on lower floors have been kept awake or woken early by their upstairs neighbor's footfalls. Others have also found the walls too thin, noting they could overhear their neighbors speaking at regular volume.

A matter of taste..

Most, but of course not all, guests find something to like at the complimentary breakfast. Some insist the eggs "aren't real", and a few others have found the staff struggling to keep up with demand during "prime time".
