Spacious rooms.

Each of the rooms has been well-kept, and are cleaned regularly, allowing guests to expect their rooms to be in tip-top state upon their arrival, and throughout their stay. The spacious rooms also allow guests to spread their goodies out, and enjoy their time in their rooms, as opposed to being cramped and uncomfortable.

Convenient location.

Very helpful staff.

The attentive staff, very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, are only too happy to assist their guests wherever they can. The fully prepare themselves prior to a guests' arrival, and have everything sorted out for them before guests even step foot on the property.

Negative Reviews

Poor pressure.

Guests will find that in some of the rooms, the shower pressure is a little off, and leaves guests unsatisfied in their bathing experience. Unfortunately, it seems the problem also carries over to the faucets, as they are a little hard to open. Once opened, the water only trickles out.

Furnace noises.

The rooms that are lucky enough to have furnaces at the Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne, will find that the usual noises are to be expected. If one is not accustomed to the sounds that suddenly happen during the night, after use, then the loud noises may be deemed unsettling.

Some updates required.

Most of the rooms are well cleaned, and have received updated bedding, towels, and other linens, while others are still receiving older, worn, and stained bedding, and threadbare towels. Consistency is key, and guests will expect the same treatment throughout the hotel.
