Positive Reviews

Clean and spacious accommodation

Guests like the rooms and condos which, generally, are rated as being very clean and spacious. The higher level rooms are recommended by guests as being the quietest.

A winter wonderland

It is a year-round hive of activity but guests particularly love the winter buzz. All the family can get involved in snowboarding, skiing, and ice skating. There are, after all, always the hot tubs, sauna, and indoor pool to look forward to at the end of it all. During the activities and indeed throughout the stay, the enthusiastic involvement of staff is welcomed and adds to the enjoyment. The only downside is the availability of snow, but this is outside anyone’s control. At worst, in this resort, there are always plenty of other activities to enjoy that do not rely on the stuff.

Perfect for golfers

It is not necessary to be a golf aficionado but those guests who are do appreciate to the full, the quality of the five courses here. Enjoying wonderful locations, these resort courses are just out of town and in the hills, so the terrain is varied and undulating and the scenery is spectacular. The courses are indeed rated highly and attract large numbers of golfing enthusiasts with wide-ranging levels of expertise.

Negative Reviews

Neighbours can be noisy

Noise problems are reported in the chalets and rooms. A lack of soundproofing is seen as a prime culprit. The noise though is generated by fellow guests so a little consideration from them would help a lot. Those always great and proactive members of staff do what they can to solve the problem and if at all possible.
