Positive Reviews

Great value.

Guests on a budget were able to avoid the inflated prices of beach front hotels, and most were glad that they chose Siesta as an alternative. Spacious rooms had everything that guests wanted without breaking the bank, including gorgeous sea views, solid Wi-Fi, and clean quarters.

Marvellous facilities.

Both the pool and restaurant received top marks from satisfied guests. The swimming pool was a joy to splash around in, especially when taking in the beautifully maintained grounds. Hungry guests were also in for a treat, with fresh breakfasts and Caribbean delights just downstairs.

Outstanding Caribbean hospitality.

Friendly and professional customer service didn't go unnoticed at Siesta. This family-run hotel had staff who really seemed to care about guests. It was obvious, also, that the kind owners had a good reputation to preserve, which, so far, was working.

Negative Reviews

At the top of a hill.

Siesta's hillside position was ideal for some, especially when considering the great views. A few guests, however, found the absence of an elevator a problem, and the climb up to the hotel was an unwelcome task for a few.

Rooms have seen better days.

Dated decor was a common gripe amongst guests, who would have liked to see a few updates and maintenance done. While management is reportedly replacing linens and freshening things up with a new coat of paint, some guests said that rooms needed more than that to keep up with the times.

A little quiet.

Quiet is a good thing for the majority of guests, but if you like to be in the middle of it all, this hotel and its laid back island vibe might not be for you. Some guests thought that their visit would have been enhanced if there was more to do nearby.
