High charges for pets

Although the hotel is pet friendly guests say that the rate charged for them is very high. Guests are required to pay a high non-refundable deposit and even then they say that the hotel allows only small dogs.

Hotel lacks maintenance

Guests say that the hotel lacks maintenance. The moment they step in they notice the filthy lobby with smudged floors, trash and dirty plastic utensils on the floor and grubby handprints on the elevator doors. On entering the rooms, they noticed roaches squiggling about.

Staff issues

Many guests say that the front desk staff are not at their desk most times. Phones to the reception go answered. They also say that housekeeping staff fail to meet the regular daily room requests of guests.
