Great Downtown Location

First-time and return guests both really like that the hotel is right in the middle of downtown Greenville. Location is certainly a factor for staying here with many saying that the property is well situated with great restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

Negative Reviews

Very Loud

The acoustics of the hotel apparently annoys guests who are sensitive to noise. From hearing other people down the hall to someone using their blow dryer next door and the ice maker, the noise bothers people who are trying to get some sleep. Also, the air-conditioning in some of the rooms is also loud.

Minor Maintenance Problems

Guests have mentioned that they have encountered some maintenance issues from problematic air-conditioning to inconsistent water temperature when staying here.

Missed a Few Spots

Housekeeping may have fallen short when tidying the rooms on occasion. Guests have noticed half-empty toiletries, film on the glasses and residue on the mirror and were not pleased. Other guests have found that it took hours for staff to pick up trays of half-eaten food from room service left outside in the hallways, which they thought was an eyesore to see.
