Positive Reviews

Excellent facilities meet all needs

The facilities throughout the campsite are top-notch, with guests agreeing that all needs, whether camping, caravanning or staying in a cabin, are readily met. The toilet and shower blocks are cleaned to a high standard, the pool offers a perfect option to refresh after a long day, and the self-use laundry facilities are very useful for travellers.

Comfortable, clean accommodations

Guests who elect to stay in cabins, rooms or chalets commend the standard of accommodation, saying that all options are well-appointed, everything is clean, and beds are very comfortable. The peaceful, natural setting makes for a very relaxing ambience, which caravanning and camping travellers also enjoy. Overall, guests agree this park is a great accommodation option for families.

Plenty of entertainment for kids

The park offers many features designed to keep kids entertained, with an on-site swimming pool, games room, adventure playground, ropes course and bikes, which parents love having access to. The adventure playground in particular is a hit with children, while the pool is popular with all travellers.

Negative Reviews

Cabins without screens can be hot

Guests report that the cabins can be a little hot as the windows do not have fly screens, which means they must be kept closed to keep insects out. Therefore, there is little airflow.

A touch outdated

Reviewers say that certain parts of the park could use an update. The main items mentioned as being outdated are the toilet and shower block, as well as some of the lodges and rooms.
