The Breakwater Inn

The Breakwater Inn is located in the heart of Hatteras Village on Hatteras Island. All the rooms in our Sound Front building have a private balcony that overlooks the Pamlico Sound. We also have our Fisherman's Quarters, which is a ground level, pet friendly building. We have rooms with 2 double beds, 2 queen beds, or we also have king suites. All rooms have a flat screen tv, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee pot. Our outdoor pool is open in- season. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. We have an onsite restaurant and bar that is open in-season and other dining options are near by. There are several points of interest close by, such as the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, museums, galleries, and shopping. Parasailing, jet skiis, kayaking, charter boats fishing, and other water related activities are offered on premises or close by. And you can't beat our beautiful sunsets.
