The staff here has received a lot of compliments from guests. Staff members, some working here since many years, are described as committed, customer-service minded people who go out of their way when necessary to accommodate guests.

The greatest asset of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. It is a convenient place to stay for those who are taking flights in and out of Gatwick Airport.

Noisy at times.

There is a happy atmosphere here and the bar reportedly gets rather noisy at times, in a positive sense. However, this has sometimes annoyed guests who had to sleep early to catch an early flight and found their sleep disturbed.
