Great if you want to visit the theme park

The hotel is very family minded, offering a water park and direct access to the theme park which is right next door. Guests who wanted to visit the theme park found the location to be very convenient. When you stay at the hotel you also get free tickets to visit the local hot springs.

Clean, comfortable rooms

Most guests liked the rooms and the space of them. The hotel is clean and provides good room amenities. Free bottled water is important when traveling to a country like Malaysia. Housekeeping provided good service to guests.

Staff is helpful and friendly

Guests enjoyed their staff interactions and felt that they took good care of them. They can help you arrange shuttles to visit local attractions, give you tips what is worth checking out and will answer any questions regarding services.

Negative Reviews

Can be noisy at times

As this is a family hotel, there is a possibility for noise due to children. Some guests felt the room to room sound proofing could be a bit better or were disturbed by loud groups in the hallway. The best solution would probably be to bring some ear plugs.

Wi-Fi not always working

Some guests had trouble to get a Wi-Fi connection. This might depend on where your room is. Try the public areas, as there are also routers installed.

Car parking might be full

The free parking lot was sometimes full so customers had to park somewhere else and pay for it, which might be a bit aggravating. Unfortunately the parking is not planned to provide a spot for every guest.
