Positive Reviews

Entertainment Abundance.

Not only does the area which encompasses this contemporary bed and breakfast abound with a multiplicity of entertainment options, but the hotel itself offers various attractive facilities. Between the Ilum Lounge, featuring a spacious pool and adorned with comfortable seating arrangements; the Tiki-bar, housing a wide assortment of imported wines and hand-pulled ales; and the terraced patio, where families can enjoy stunning sunsets over tea or sandwiches, entertainment is by no means lacking.

Convenient Location.

As The Atrium Hotel is located within walking distance of various central attractions—some of which include John Wayne Airport, fine-dining restaurants, and shopping outlets—, visitors enjoy convenient access to it all. Theaters, museums, and historic sites make for an educational adventure, while clubs and concert venues regularly feature live music.

Splendid Dining Experience.

Those who have previously booked their stay with this centrally located hotel have expressed their exuberance over the quality of dining in The Atrium Hotel's Waterfalls Restaurant. Locally grown produce equate in refinement only to the diversity of menu options. Guests choose from a seemingly endless entourage of globally inspired cuisine.

Negative Reviews

Overboard over Tile.

While this central-dwelling resort's Ilum Lounge features a spacious pool, the tile which comprises the deck has been reported notably hazardous. Guests have slipped and even fallen when walking across the tile, as ceramic provides very little traction when wet.

Worn Condition.

Certain portions of the hotels structure have been reported dated and tired. The faded and peeling paint of the exterior is met by ill-fitted windows, creaking door hinges, and squeaking faucets. Threaded carpets, inoperable televisions, and broken drawer knobs have also elicited negative attention.

Uncleanly Curiosities.

In conjunction with the aforementioned issues over The Atrium Hotel's structural condition, guests may also find themselves at odds with the standard of hygiene. Although Waterfalls Restaurant upholds a stately degree of cleanliness, the provided sleeping arrangements are reported to suffer from grime in the grouting of showers, dirt lining the plaster of tubs, and dead insects beneath beds and on windowsills.
