Some of the showers have loose handles, which means that you cannot completely turn them off. The leaks can get the floors wet. You are advised to ask for extra mats for these. Moreover, the paint on some of the ceilings is tearing apart. If the repairman does not arrive quickly, you can ask to be transferred to another room.

Soundproofing is not so effective

The walls are not that thick so you can sometimes hear noise from the corridors and nearby rooms. Some guests can get too loud at times. If you encounter them, call the staff so they can be reprimanded. In addition, you can wear earplugs before sleeping.
