Positive Reviews

Great for travellers.

Close to the airport and the beach, the Rodos Palace Hotel is ideal for those seeking sun and fun without having to drive halfway across the island just to find your hotel. And if you don’t feel like renting a car, you can catch the hotel’s airport shuttle (for a fee).

Caring staff makes all the difference.

Every step of your stay will be paved with cordial words and smiling faces. Whether serving you dinner or drinks in one of the numerous bars and restaurants, helping you find activities on the island or keeping your room sparkling clean, they’ll go out of their way to ensure your happiness.

Marvelous Mediterranean overlooks.

A holiday stay at the hotel combines all the best attributes of this charming Greek island. From your room, you can lounge on the balcony and enjoy the balmy ocean breezes as well as stunning views of the waves rolling onto the beaches below you.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi isn’t free.

The hotel does offer its guests high-speed internet access, but unfortunately, you’ll have to pay for it. Paid Wi-Fi may be acceptable to some, but in this case, it’s limited to the lobby area. If you’d like to work or surf from your room, you may need to bring a hotspot.

Could use a little renovation.

For the most part, the guests of Rodos Palace Hotel have enjoyed the amenities and the ambiance. Still, there have been a few minor concerns about the room and hotel conditions, including worn out bedding, tatty carpets and fixtures, tired décor and battered furniture.

The lift is a little sluggish.

If you don’t mind waiting in line, you won’t have a problem staying on an upper level. However, if you have problems with mobility, you may be forced to stay on a lower floor or wait a good while for the lift, as it tends to run slowly—even with a relatively empty car.
