Positive Reviews

Beautiful mountain retreat

Guests love the luxurious rooms stocked with amenities, but particularly love the views of the mountains and wildlife that surround this hotel. Beds are comfortable, and housekeeping services keep rooms sparkling clean. No matter what time of year you decide to visit, your stay will feel wrapped in luxury.

Outstanding staff

You may be high up in the mountains, but service is anything but rough around the edges. Staff members take the time to give you their full attention, no matter how busy the hotel gets. From booking reservations on your behalf to assisting with your gear on the slopes, the staff is knowledgeable and very hospitable.

Great facilities

If you seek rest and relaxation, be sure to book a treatment at the spa or take a dip in the pool or hot tub. This hotel has excellent amenities, including a free local area shuttle.

Negative Reviews

A few updates are needed

Guests say that some of the interiors need updating. In guest rooms, for example, carpeting appears worn-in and can be stained, in some instances. Other items like furniture and bathroom fixtures show minor signs of age.

It's expensive

This luxury property comes with a luxury price tag. With all the amenities and services, it can be easy to spend a small fortune. The restaurant menus are pricey as well. If you book a stay here, be prepared to splurge a little. However, most guests left feeling that the value was entirely worth it in the end.

The smell of smoke from fireplaces

Real wood-burning fireplaces are a luxury, but they can also be a nuisance if you don't like the smell of smoke. Guests say that smoke blows into their rooms a little and also tends to linger.
