Convenient to the airport

Guests who arrived at the airport found the location of the hotel ideal. It was just a short drive from the airport and the property was quite easy to find.

Zodiac Restaurant gets the nod

From the chef to the waiters and waitresses, all were found to be pleasant and friendly at this restaurant during dinner time. Guests loved the cuisine, as well as the ambiance and good service too.

Spacious and well-furnished

The rooms were found to include some homely comforts such as comfortable beds and well-fitted bathrooms. Guests also enjoyed the amount of space they had, especially when booking for a family.

Negative Reviews

Breakfast is just average

The buffet breakfast didn't receive glowing reviews. Guests were a bit disappointed with the spread that was on offer and said it lacked variety. They were not too impressed with the overall quality of the food either.

Staff hospitality needs improvement

Several reports of unfriendly staff were received from visitors. They found the service during breakfast to be slow, and the housekeeping staff did not pay much attention to detail. Guests said reception staff were not proactive enough and they should raise their standards.

Wi-Fi almost unusable

The advertised free Wi-Fi was found to be limited and guests felt that there should not be a limit on something that's supposed to be free. Visitors who paid for Wi-Fi found it very weak and almost impossible to use effectively.
