Positive Reviews

Stunning palace

This hotel sits inside a 16-century palace and guests love the exclusivity of the property. Visitors appreciate having the opportunity to stay in a unique building with tonnes of history and say that the rooms and grounds are breathtaking.

Beautiful pool

Guests enjoy the infinity pool at the hotel, saying that the area as a whole is set up quite well and provides an excellent escape from the heat.

Friendly staff

The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating, helping guests to feel like they have everything that they desire right at their fingertips. Guests appreciate the effort that is put in by the staff and feel like royalty when staying at the property.

Negative Reviews

Poor value in restaurant

Visitors complain that the restaurants at the hotel are overpriced for the quality on offer. This is a particularly upsetting problem because there aren't any other restaurants in the area and, therefore, guests must eat at the hotel unless they want to drive to another town.

Spotty Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi at the hotel doesn't work everywhere and visitors struggle to get connected in their rooms. Guests find that their devices frequently disconnect from the internet, as well.

A bit too far from the hustle and bustle

Guests report that the hotel is far from civilisation and that a bumpy dirt road is the only way to get there. In addition, since the hotel is so secluded, there isn't much to do away from the grounds.
