Helpful staff make a difference

The staff at the hotel do their best to make everyone that stays here as comfortable as possible. They are polite and courteous and are more than willing to help out no matter what the circumstances are.

Ideal stopover hotel

If you are leaving on an early morning flight or have a long layover in JFK, this hotel is perfect. It is right by the airport, and you can make use of the complimentary shuttle to get to and from your flights. It is ideally set up with everything you need for a short stay.

Nice food in the restaurant

Airport hotels are not well known for their delicious fare, but this hotel does its best to outdo the competition. The breakfast is cooked to order and while not included in the room rate is very good value for money. The evening meals and room service are top quality and reasonably priced.

Rooms are compact to say the least

Guests have noted that this hotel is a little different to other Hilton Garden Inns as the rooms aren't as spacious as expected. They feel that the rooms could be a little bigger to provide more comfort.

Nothing to do nearby

This is an airport hotel, so you don't expect much around the area, but there is absolutely nothing to do near the hotel. It's not a major deal breaker as many that stay here just want a bed for the night before flying out.

Noisy rooms

The rooms aren't soundproofed so you'll find that there is quite a lot of noise from the airport that gets through the windows. There is also an issue with the walls being very thin so you can hear what's going on in the rooms next door.
