Others have also commented that that they like that they are able to get work done without trekking all the way to Manhattan before heading to the airport.

Loud Air Conditioning

Gripes about the super noisy air conditioners seem to be quite frequent. Even when guests were switched to different rooms, they still had a noise issue with the A/C units. Others have said that they were not able to sleep well during their stay.

Hot Water Issue

It’s not a nice feeling when the warm water suddenly turns cold in the middle of a shower. Apparently this has happened, and surprised guests were not too pleased with the experience.

Pool Problems

Having a pool is definitely a plus for a hotel. However, when the hours are limited to just the afternoon Monday through Friday the amenity is just not that appealing to guests who want to go for a swim in the morning or the weekends. Plus, there have been occasions, when guests have felt that the pool was dirty.
