Positive Reviews

Great base for an active break

With mountains, lakes, and an array of trails for everything from mountain biking to horseback riding on the doorstep of this resort, guests find the setting is ideal as a base for an active break in the area.

Good quality accommodation

Overall, feedback concerning the quality of the accommodation is excellent. Levels of comfort and cleanliness are both high, with guests also frequently impressed by the views from the rooms.

Enjoyable on-site dining

Guests enjoy dining at the resort. Although there is only one on-site restaurant, there is a wide choice of good quality meals available. Feedback also indicates that meals are reasonably priced.

Negative Reviews

Service can be slow at times

The staff here is friendly but can be painfully slow when going about their duties. Not all staff could do with a little more energy but enough guests mention it to conclude that it can be a problem, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Noisy neighbours can cause disappointment

While not every guest behaves badly, those who are on the noisy side can cause a fair amount of disappointment to quieter visitors. A lack of thorough soundproofing between standard resort rooms appears to contribute to the problem.
