You can leave your car in the car park, stay over and benefit from a quick, reliable and punctual airport shuttle. The hotel is easy to find too – just off the I-29. Despite being so close to the airport, guests confirm that they are never disturbed by the sound of aircraft taking off or landing.

Expensive prices

Guests realize that a Hilton hotel doesn't come cheap. However, many feel they are getting severely overcharged for certain additional services. The restaurant is particularly expensive - especially the breakfasts. Many feel that there is enough margin in the overall, already high, room rate to include breakfast. However, if they have to charge, the rates could be a lot more reasonable - especially as there is no free coffee available or light breakfast options.

Thin walls

Guests find that their rooms are poorly sound-proofed – particularly if they are in adjoining rooms. As if hearing their neighbors talking wasn't bad enough, there are also many complaints of people yelling in the hallways and slamming doors in the middle of the night.

Extras added to card

Guests are nonplussed when the hotel demands to take a refundable deposit on their card to cover problems or extras. They are livid, however, when they discover that the hotel hasn't refunded it several days after they have checked out.
