Everyone can enjoy the pool

The swimming pool at the property is massive and spans across the resort. Visitors rave about the pool saying that it is so large that you never feel cramped swimming in it. A number of pool chairs can found around the area too if you feel like working on your tan.

Be a beach bum

Kata Beach is only a ten-minute walk from the property. This beach is one of Phuket's most popular destinations and known for its pristine shores and lovely views. Patong Beach, a popular nightlife area, is a ten-minute drive away as well.

Staff treats you right

Employees are willing to go the extra kilometre for you during your stay at the resort according to guests who add that the staff is also very friendly. Rather you need a ride to your room or some info on what to do in Phuket, the employees are there to help.

Negative Reviews

Menu is a bit meh

Several travellers have an indifferent opinion of the hotel's on-site restaurant which they say doesn't offer much in the way of value or food quality. A handful of travellers state the dinner menu was far too pricey and the choices available at the morning breakfast buffet could be improved upon.

Heating up in the rooms

All of the rooms at the hotel have an air conditioner installed in them but the AC isn't all that effective if you need to combat the mid-day heat. A few guests point out that rooms can warm up if the temperature outside gets to be too hot.

Rinky-dink gym

Some visitors say the fitness centre found at the hotel is pretty small and not all that great to use. There are a few treadmills and some free weights but not a ton of space to move around during your workout.
