Negative Reviews

Poor soundproofing.

Some of the guests mentioned that they could hear televisions and conversations from the adjoining rooms due to the rather thin walls. Being able to hear the footsteps of the occupants above them prevented some guests from getting a good night's sleep.

Minor niggles don't detract from enjoyable stay.

Guests cited a few minor issues ranging from their rooms feeling quite warm and stuffy in the evenings due to the central heating through to not being able to adjust the water temperature properly whilst showering.

Restrictive breakfast hours.

Breakfasts are only served for an hour between 8 am and 9 am which quite a few guests found quite restrictive especially those who wanted a lie-in.
