About Maui Beach Vacation Club

Maui Beach Vacation Club offers 4-star condo accommodation on the southwest side of Hawaii’s Maui Island, just across the road from the water in the town of Kihei. Aside from ocean views, the resort has a swimming pool and whirlpool spa, is five minutes’ walk from the Kalepolepo Beach Park and two miles from the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge.

The one and two bedroom suites each come with fully-equipped kitchens, and each suite has free Wi-Fi, its own washer/dryer and a lanai terrace. The two bedroom suites have an en-suite bathroom for each room.

The resort has a concierge who can help to organize local activities and excursions, there is a gas BBQ area on site and free parking is available.

Guests can dine in at the resort restaurant, or wind down in the bar/cocktail lounge.

Maui Beach Vacation Club is 9.5 miles from Kahului Airport.

Relaxed beach and plenty of dining.

Guests reported being very close to a rather relaxed beach — one they said feels almost private — as well as within walking or driving distance of a wide range of opportunities for swimming. Meanwhile, a good number of restaurants were said to be found within easy walking distance, as well as a supermarket for those wanting to stock up on food.

Well-equipped condos, sunset strip.

With a popular pool found on site, beautiful sunsets over the beach every evening and a few BBQ grills in the grounds if you feel like dining al fresco, the resort area left guests well pleased. Likewise, the condos themselves were thought to be well equipped, clean, had lots of room to fit everyone and came with a good kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm.

Friendly staff and decent restaurant.

Those who stayed said Maui Beach Vacation Club's staff proved to be friendly and welcoming, while the Japanese-meets-Korean restaurant attached to the resort was thought to serve a good standard of food for those not wanting to venture out for meals.

Negative Reviews

No air conditioning.

The condos at Maui Beach Vacation Club have no air conditioning, and while some guests thought the lovely sea breeze did the trick, others found it hard to adjust to the heat without AC, even if there were fans provided in the rooms.
