Positive Reviews

Plenty to do onsite.

Lyra Resort & Spa is a destination for travellers of all ages, and there is plenty at the resort to make sure everyone is entertained. Live performances in the evenings and sports facilities available throughout the day make sure people won't be bored onsite.

Resort has a good crew of employees.

What really makes the difference at this resort is the staff. Every employee is very friendly and tries really hard to make sure guests have fun and are well looked after.

Good spot for a relaxing holiday.

When it comes to a re-energizing time away from the bustle, Lyra Resort & Spa does the trick for most people. The resort is very clean and has a variety of food choices that will satisfy just about everyone.

Negative Reviews

Overall resort is bit of a letdown for some.

Online advertisements really hype up the Lyra Resort & Spa as a fully inclusive, five-star experience. However, not every guest agrees with that. Many of the amenities seem fairly standard and lacking a wow factor visitors expect; leaving some to be disappointed by the quality of stay they have.

Area is not suited for active tourists.

Adventure seekers who don't want to stay on the resort's grounds might become a little bored. Aside from the coastline, there isn't much to do in the surrounding area and the nearby village offers few attractions.

Offseason bookings not always the best times.

Booking a room during the offseason to save some money isn't always a great idea. When the accommodation is not at capacity the quality of stays decrease as the available activities drop and maintenance suffers with a shortage of staff members.
