Friendly Staff Members

The staff is found to be friendly and very high customer service oriented. They granted guest requests with no quarrel and the dining staff served meals on time and nicely. The hotel has good customer service skills and tried their best to handle customer issues.

Nice Rooms and Suites

The rooms and suites were found to be very comfortable and elegant by many guests. There were many amenities in the rooms had kettles and coffee or tea, there was fast Wi-Fi and the bathrooms are modern. The rooms were clean and nice.

Good Location

The location is found to be a nice part of the city with sea views. It is close to the old part of the city, the city centre and the port area. The area also has plenty of bars and restaurants for guests who want to eat or drink out. There was plenty to do.

Negative Reviews

Unappetizing Breakfast

The breakfast was not found to be good for some guests who thought the variety was low as there is no fresh fruit. The cooking technique was also not good, as many items were overcooked or tasted weird. They would have preferred a simpler and fresher breakfast.

Too Many Charges

Some guests found the hotel charged too much for simple amenities as if the hotel were located in a busy and popular area. The parking, swimming pool, sauna are charged for and there was no hot water from the showerheads. Some people thought the prices were too much.

Odd Clubs in Building

Some guests did not like the fact there is a club and strip club in the same building as the hotel. This made for loud noise at night for some guests, who found it hard to ignore the music. There are also two casinos in the building, so it is not very child-friendly.
