Good views

It seems the majority of guests travel to Kodaikanal and stay at this hotel for a bit of rest and relaxation. Guests are happy to report that the lovely valley views to be had from their private balconies go a long way of putting them in the right frame of mind for such a holiday.

Very limited hot water

It is clear that guests are not at all impressed with the hot water system and schedule in place at the hotel. They mention that hot water is only available for a very limited time each day and that if one wishes to shower outside of this time, well, one is clean out of luck. It will have to be a cold shower.

No heating or cooling

Those travelling at the height of either summer or winter seem to have a hard time here. They report that the rooms have neither heaters nor air conditioners. In fact, some even say the rooms do not have fans. As a result, guests complain of feeling either too hot or freezing cold when trying to relax in their rooms

Rooms are on the small side

Guests complain that the rooms are a bit smaller than they expect. There does not seem to be much space to move around, with the bathrooms said to be especially small and uncomfortable to use as a result.
