Positive Reviews

Central convenience, main market square.

With the main market square around five minutes walk away in the Krakow Old Town and the central train station just a bit further, Pergamin was found to be a good base for exploring the city. The mini supermarket next door was also thought handy and outside sites like the Salt Mine and Auschwitz easily accessible.

Decent buffet, accommodating staff.

The continental buffet breakfast with cooked-to-order options was thought to be decent, although a few people found it a bit expensive for Krakow standards, while the staff was considered to be polite, friendly and accommodating, and especially helpful with booking transfers and tours.

Large, comfortable rooms, good value.

Guests found the rooms to be large, comfortable, with strong air conditioning, lovely decor, nice bathrooms and the benefit of being cleaned daily. The room quality, service and location combined were thought to be good value for money.

Negative Reviews

Not really apartment.

A few guests argued that Pergamin’s accommodation was not really apartments, since there were no kitchens, just a small minibar fridge, and the facilities offered were minimal.

Street and neighbour noise.

While a small amount of noise from the trams on the streets may be possible, some guests were more concerned with the apparently thin walls which meant they occasionally heard the going-ons of other guests.

Some problems with internet.

The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally found to be of a poor quality, so if you really need to get some work done, make sure to organise an apartment close to the router.
