Close Proximity to the Airport

Guests who either were waiting for a flight or those who wanted to rest after a long flight found the hotel’s location to be very convenient. They pointed out that it was just a ten to 15-minute drive, a very short travel time. Moreover, they also appreciated that the hotel was able to book taxis for them in travelling to the airport.

Broken Air Conditioners

It gets quite warm in Malaysia, and air conditioning is a must. However, guests negatively indicated in their reviews that there were cases when the air conditioners did not work at all. There were also moments when they did work, but the control was not functioning well.

Inferior Cleanliness

Guests disliked that there were constant problems with cleanliness in the rooms. Complaints of dirty beds and presence of mosquitos were also reported.

Ineffective Room Soundproofing

The soundproofing of the rooms need to be more improved according to guests. They were able to hear the noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, causing them a difficult time in sleeping.
