Very attentive, affable and professional staff

The hotel's employees are multilingual and this helped in smooth communication between themselves and international guests. They are always keen to assist when called upon to do so and point out attractions close by that they think may be of interest to you. Most guests were amazed by the dedication and know-how shown by the members of staff at the hotel.

Guests felt they got great value for money spent

A number of guests felt that they got their money's worth during their stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The restaurant caters well to diners and the food served is well prepared. All these factors were critical in ensuring guest satisfaction at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful

Guests were very delighted with the hotel's breakfast menu. The items were diverse and expertly prepared. The dishes were in plenty and those that ran out were replenished in good time.

Negative Reviews

The rooms do not receive a lot of natural light

Quite a few guests were displeased with their room's lighting. Those affected found their rooms to be dark even during the day as they did not receive much natural light and this created the view of a dark interior.

Inadequate sound insulation in the rooms

The hotel's rooms were seen by a number of guests as being poorly insulated against sound. Noise carried easily from room to room as did noise from outside which was clearly audible especially in the early hours of the morning when many of the guests are trying to sleep.

The hotel's location can be difficult to find

Some guests have had difficulty finding the hotel and its entrance. It is not clearly marked and cannot be easy to spot.
