Brilliant location near excellent shopping

It comes as no surprise that it is the proximity to two of Kuantan’s largest malls that most excites guests staying here. They mention being able to walk to both the Berjaya Megamall and the East Coast Mall to enjoy some retail therapy.

Great service from the staff

It is difficult to find anything negative written about the staff here. In fact, guests go out of their way to compliment them on being very helpful and friendly, and in the process creating a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy their stay.

On-site pool available

Even though regarded as nothing fancy, guests were quite pleased to have a pool available to cool down in after a long hot day spent out and about.

In need of renovation

While guests are typically pleased enough with the amenities offered, they do mention that the rooms are looking a bit old and tired, saying they would definitely benefit from a quick refresh at the very least.

Very poor Wi-Fi

Guests are really not happy with the Wi-Fi service here. They find it to be poor throughout the hotel, but particularly in the rooms. Some even say they can get no signal at all in their rooms.

Breakfast can be disappointing

Guests have some grumbles at breakfast time. What is offered is said to be decent, but the problem many guests have is that only a very limited variety of foods is on offer.
