Wonderful amenities and services available.

Many guests mention how happy they are about the amenities, services and the facilities that were available to them. The Koi Pond, children's pools, barbecue areas and waterfalls were excellent and they also had daily activities for everyone to enjoy.

Pool and beach excellent.

Many guests state that the pool and beach at this hotel is perfect. The free-form pool is clean and big and there is enough room for many guests to swim and enjoy. The beach is close by and very beautiful.

Negative Reviews

Rooms too small.

Some guests state that the rooms are too tiny for staying in for longer than one night. There is little room to move around and no storage space for any of your personal things.

Wi-Fi is weak or non-existent.

A few guests mention that the Wi-Fi internet connection is not reliable at this hotel. Getting connected is very difficult and even if you do get connected it won't last long. This was disappointing for some people as they wanted to stay connected to friends and family while traveling.

Air-conditioning should be on.

Some guests mention that it would be nice to have the air-conditioning on in the room when they arrive. It was hot and muggy when these guests arrived to their room and it took a long time to cool the room down.
