Spacious and spotless rooms

The rooms are spacious and spotless, being so thoroughly dusted that guests say they cannot find a single streak even on the mirrors. They commend the climate control in the rooms as it worked flawlessly without even a whisper of a sound.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

The Check-in and Check-out procedures are found hassle-free by many guests as it is carried out by the staff very quickly and efficiently. They find the staff very friendly and helpful too. They like the lobby of the hotel and enjoy sipping the complimentary coffee/tea and hot chocolate served to them. Guests find the free breakfast limited but good.

Fifth floor issues

Some guests staying on the fifth floor of the hotel have complained that the ice machine on their floor was out of order for all the days they stayed at the hotel. They also missed the presence of a vending machine on the floor.

Squeaking doors and no hot water supply

The doors in some rooms need fixing as guests find the squeaking noise produced while opening or closing the doors irritating. Some guests have not got hot water on some days of their stay.

Gym turns into kids' playroom; breakfast limited

Many guests could not use the gym facilities of the hotel as they found kids using it as a playroom. Some guests found that the breakfast had run out of supplies even before they turned up to eat.
