Although there are relatively few members of staff in relation to the size of the hotel, they generally manage to make sure that guests have a very pleasant stay.

Hotel showing signs of wear and tear

According to some reports, this hotel is in need of renovation and repairs. Issues include the lift not working and fixtures and fittings in the rooms and bathrooms being broken or tatty.

Uncomfortable beds

The beds are singled out for criticism a few times. It seems that the mattresses are old and too firm for the liking of some guests. Also, the bedding and pillows have perhaps seen better days.
