Positive Reviews

Shared kitchen is a bonus

Guests like that they have the use of a shared kitchen as it is really useful to be able to store cold drinks, make snacks whenever they like, or fully self-cater if they do not want to eat out. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided, too.

Super staff

The staff at the guesthouse are very welcoming and friendly. They have great local knowledge which they are happy to share with guests, advising how best to get around Lisbon, what the best sites are to see and which the best restaurants are to eat at.

Great central location

Guests say that the guesthouse is very central and within easy walking distance of many places of interest. There is excellent public transport available nearby, with metro stations and bus stops, so it is easy to explore all that Lisbon has to offer.

Negative Reviews

No lift

The property does not have a lift and so guests will need to use the stairs. Some guests say that there are quite a lot of stairs, which are also quite steep, so this may not be an ideal choice for any guests who have mobility issues.

No air-conditioning

Rooms at this guesthouse do have fans but do not include air-conditioning. As a result, some guests do say that they can be quite hot and humid. If you really feel that you would need air-conditioning, particularly during the summer months, this may not be the place for you.

Busy square can be noisy

The guesthouse is located in central Lisbon on a busy square. Some guests do say that the square can be quite noisy, being able to hear people outside until late at night, and the other sounds of the city such as rubbish trucks.
