Difficult approach to property

Travellers with their own cars mention that the road going to the property is a bit challenging. Due to the lack of signage, they have to stop and ask for direction several times, and drive though several kilometres of patchy roads littered with pot holes before reaching the resort.

Service vehicles often late

Since car service is needed to move around the property, guests find it annoying to wait several minutes before the vehicles come by to pick the up. There are instances where their planned activities are either delayed or cancelled due to the late arrival of their service cars.
