Positive Reviews

Amazingly colourful rooms

The rooms at this hotel are all about the design with a little comfort thrown in for good measure Even the rooms with no windows are designed in such a way that they feel light and airy Not an easy feat to achieve but this hotel has managed it.

The most individual hotel in London

The hotel is designed and decorated so that each room and area is completely different The common theme of the hotel seems to be that there is no theme It’s a wonderful place to relax and spend a few nights.

Surprisingly affordable

Considering the area that the hotel is located in, many guests are surprised at how affordable this hotel is It’s excellent location means that you’re a stroll from the tube and trendy Shoreditch A great base to visit the city.

Negative Reviews

Bar prices are a bit steep

You can’t really complain considering the location of the hotel but the prices for drinks and cocktails in the bar seem a little too high It’s a budget boutique hotel, but the budget price doesn’t extend to the bar menu.

A little too quirky for some

The mix and match style of décor might be a little too eccentric for some tastes, especially those used to classy luxury hotels It’s a good clean hotel but unless you like quirkiness you may feel it’s a bit too much.

Tea and Coffee in the room would be nice

It’s always good to start the day with a cup of coffee but unless you want to get dressed to leave the room you can forget about that cup There are coffee machines out in the hall but why no kettle in the room?.
