Positive Reviews

Size isn’t everything!

Guestrooms at Angus are unquestionably small but, remember, this is London What they also are, however, is exceptionally clean and fully functioning Hot water, TV, free Wi-Fi, drink-making facilities and a really comfortable bed make it so easy to relax after a long day walking around London.

The location is hard to beat

You’ll find yourself well-positioned, with the nearest tube and train station just a five-minute stroll away, meaning accessing anywhere in London is pretty easy Also, it’s just a ten-minute walk to the British museum and 15 minutes to Oxford Street.

The staff will be there for you

Not only are hotel employees really helpful, but there are on-site 24 hours, so they’ll always be around should you need them for anything.

Negative Reviews

You can’t fix your early morning hunger

Angus doesn’t offer breakfast, so you’ll have to head out in the morning on an empty stomach Luckily, there are lots of places in the area where you can get some decent food.

Not good for the old knees

There’s no lift in the hotel, meaning that if your room is on one of the higher floors, you’ll have to climb a number of stairs It's not the end of the world but it can be taxing for elderly and less mobile guests.

There might be noise

While the location is pretty quiet for London, at night you might experience the sounds of people outside in the adjacent park Also, if you are in a room on the ground floor quite near the front door, you’ll hear people coming in and going out.

The bathrooms are tiny

Don’t expect much room to spread out while having a wash.
