A home away from home.

Most guests describe the rooms as very clean, spacious, and well equipped, with all the appliances you might need in the kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. Guests appreciate the L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom and milk in the fridge for tea and coffee.

Ideal location.

The hotel is located in the business district, ideal for corporate travellers. Guests note that there is a Sainsbury's and M&S nearby, and there is a Domino's Pizza downstairs. The Mansion House tube station is next door; it will take you to the West End in about 10 minutes, and with several other stations close by, it is easy to get to just about any other place in London you might like to go. Guests enjoy being able to walk to many of the sights, including The Shard, the London Eye, Tate Modern, and the River Thames.

Most guests give the front desk team rave reviews for their professional customer service, often commenting on their smiling faces, willingness to accommodate special requests, and prompt response to any maintenance concerns.

Negative Reviews

Bad vibrations...

Several guests report being able to feel, and hear, the Tube rumbling underground, even all the way up on the 6th floor.

Hot and noisy summer nights...

The apartments are not air-conditioned, and several guests found the rooms far too warm on summer nights. With the windows open, the area is too noisy at night for some to get a good night's rest, though those who rented a fan or AC unit and could close the windows found that they offered good soundproofing.

A little tired...

Some guests found the furnishings, carpets, or kitchen cupboards a little worn, and some also felt the hardwood floors needed a deeper clean.
