Car park directions confusing.

Although the hotel is on High Street, the car park can be accessed only from Welland Road. This is a little confusing for some guests who arrive by car. It can be most inconvenient to arrive at the High Street and then to have to go out to park the car on

Misinformation regarding breakfast.

Some guests mentioned that during their stay, the breakfast times had changed overnight and upon reaching the dining room, they were told that that breakfast would now not be served. There were a lot of disgruntled guests present and ultimately, breakfast

A lot of stairs to reach some rooms.
