About The Rufus House

Set in a Victorian country residence in Lyndhurst, New Forest National Park, The Rufus House offers quality bed & breakfast accommodation to guests visiting this beautiful English village.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms.

Most guests cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable the accommodation is. The guest house is very quiet and peaceful, just perfect for a relaxing break.

Great breakfast.

The breakfast here is reportedly excellent – organic, cooked to perfection with something for every taste – all made with locally sourced seasonal produce and very enjoyable.

A bit pricey.

The guest house doesn’t have a bar, which isn’t as much a problem if one is aware of this when booking a room. However, some guests feel the absence of the same.
