Positive Reviews

Friendly atmosphere.

It's always nice to arrive somewhere with a friendly vibe, and guests said that they were treated to great customer service here. Despite not being fully fluent in English, staff were happy to oblige as best they could, and assisted guests with local information and tips, all with a very friendly manner.

Cleanliness matters.

With so many people coming and going, cleanliness was a big concern for guests, especially those in shared dormitory-style rooms. Luckily, staff stayed on top of cleaning, and high traffic areas like the communal showers were in tip top condition.

Everything is close by.

Guests loved the great location of this hotel, which was close to the city centre and in the middle of a lively neighbourhood. The Picasso Museum and San Juan Church were nearby, and guests enjoyed being able to walk to where they wanted to go.

Negative Reviews

Cramped rooms.

Both the private and shared rooms were too small, according to guests who had to try not to bump into things. Guests said that there was very little space to put anything, and some even had to move furniture to get around in some cases.

Noise, noise and more noise.

Guests said that this was a very noisy place to lay their heads at night. Sounds from the rooftop terrace often went well into the night, and this was hardly what guests wanted after a long day of sightseeing. Street noise was also a problem, as were the noisy key cards in the middle of the night, so unless you are a night owl, you might want to keep this in mind.

Wi-Fi could be a problem.

Guests weren't enthusiastic about sporadic Wi-Fi, and wished that it was more reliable. If you really need to connect to the Internet, this could pose a problem.
