We are located 2 blocks south of the Kansas State University campus and 3 blocks west of Aggieville and City Park in central Manhattan.
We pamper our guests with plush bedding, en suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, free high-speed wi-fi, and HD flat screen TVs with cable in our three guest rooms - all located on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast is generous and delicious. Chef Phil Anderson specializes in Quiche Lorraine, Dutch Pancakes, Firehouse Frittata and the homemade blueberry muffins that won his wife's heart and stomach 20 years ago.
Enjoy socializing with colleagues, friends and family on the large front porch or screened side porch overlooking the tree-lined, brick avenue in this older university neighborhood. The acoustics in the music room are great and the grand piano is in top condition for those who are musically inclined.
We are located in a 1910 Arts and Crafts-style limestone house that was fully renovated 2013.
