Alejandra is a boutique hotel located close to the business centre of Makati and near public transportation.

A budget value

The hotel provides a great value. It's a budget price, but better than a budget stay. The rooms have refrigerators and there are several different choices including rooms that can host families with children. The onsite restaurant and parking add to the value.

A professional staff

The staff here, from reception to housekeeping, are friendly, respectful, and efficient. Best of all, their helpful nature is great for those new to the area as they provide maps at check in and are full of recommendations.

It's right there

While not advertised, the hotel does provide a breakfast service. The choices are hot and freshly prepared and guest can order from a menu. The food ist tasty and the convenience is great for those on the go.

Negative Reviews

Human errors

There are often billing charges that aren't quite right. Guests are booked for services they didn't order. Wi-Fi is frequently charged, although it is supposed to be free. While there are quiet hours, loud guests aren't asked to keep their voices down.

Less than desirable

Some of the rooms are rather small and some are just nicer and larger than others, depending on what you pay for. In all, however, the air conditioning really seems to struggle to keep up with the blistering heat of Manila weather. There won't be a cool relief, unless you count the showers that aren't always hot.

Not centrally located

This hotel really only meets the needs of those who want to access the business district. It is not located close to the centre of Makati and there isn't much around. Few, if any, restaurants are within walking distance, nor are there shops or entertainment.
