Fantastic central spot in the capital of Victoria.

One of the best things about this place is where it’s situated, which is slap bang in the middle of Melbourne. Just around the corner is Melbourne Central railway station, so if you’re travelling to the city by train staying at this place is very convenient indeed.

Lots of room to enjoy in the spacious apartments.

Don’t worry about packing that extra suitcase if you stay here, all the apartments offer plenty of extra space so you can bring as much as you like! The accommodation here is great to share with family or friends.

Everyone working here does a great job.

A high standard of customer service is provided by all the staff here, so expect a warm welcome when you arrive. You’ll feel like a valued guest throughout your stay, and any requests you have will be dealt with quickly and professionally.

Negative Reviews

The Wi-Fi doesn't come for free at this place.

One of the biggest downsides to this place is that they charge for a Wi-Fi connection. Many cheaper accommodation options in Melbourne offer Wi-Fi for free, so why this place should be any different is a question that management need to ask themselves.

Standard of cleanliness is not up to scratch.

Housekeeping really need to pay more attention to the finer details and clean the apartments thoroughly before guests arrive. If you find things like mould in the bathroom or the apartment smells of cigarette smoke then report it to reception.

You don’t get the best value for money here.

The apartment rates here are punching a bit above their weight considering the quality of the accommodation. Shop around and you might find something better for your money.
